My mission is to work with you to find balance in your health. I am a licensed acupuncturist and nationally board-certified herbalist.

I am passionate about working with patients on pain management, injury rehabilitation, sleep disorders, and emotional issues such as anxiety and stress. I write custom herbal formulas for patients when appropriate.

I provide an East meets West approach through my love of human anatomy. I have completed six Immaculate Dissection courses on gross anatomy. I incorporate these teachings throughout my treatments via movement assessment and physical correctives.

I completed my doctorate and master’s in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science. A former social worker, I earned my master’s in Social Work at Columbia University and my bachelor’s in Social Work at New York University.
